Hotel Bru respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Hotel Bru acts in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation.

Use of our services On the website of Hotel Bru you can view which services Hotel Bru offers and take out a suitable service. When you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide the following (personal) data.

Unless Hotel Bru is obliged by law to keep your data for longer, Hotel Bru uses the statutory retention periods of 7-10 years.

There is no fixed retention period for work, address and production files, unless it is explicitly stated that the files concerned must be deleted.

  1. Consent to the use of cookies

For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. This technology is provided by Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Website: https://cookiefirst.com referred to as CookieFirst.

When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. If you wish to make changes to the data in response to your request for access, you can submit a request to this effect via info@hotelbru.nl. You can request that Hotel Bru changes, corrects, supplements, deletes or protects your data. Hotel Bru will respond to your request within four (4) weeks. If Hotel Bru rejects your request, it will indicate in its answer why the request to adjust the data is rejected.

You also have the right to obtain and transfer the personal data provided by you in a common, structured and readable form. This request can be sent to info@hotelbru.nl.
